Steer clear of spending your hard-earned cash on Cell Phone or computer Insurance from these scammers. It's straightforward: they do everything they can to dodge your claim. The claims agent, Kayla, was not only rude but also had a snarky attitude throughout our interactions. "Not Worthy of a Review Request"
I find it incredibly annoying to be asked for feedback on an experience that was entirely self-guided and had no human interaction besides me. It's akin to a self-serve Slurpee machine at 7-11 wanting my opinion... or that pesky vacuum at the gas station wanting to know how it performed. It's these kinds of review requests that make it tough for businesses like ours—who spend weeks connecting with customers in their homes, making real and lasting improvements—to get the recognition we deserve for our outstanding service.

"Lack of coverage from outdated systems and tricky user update processes"
Over the past five years, I’ve had my policy info go missing six times. The last time, they dodged paying a claim because they couldn’t find the data in their system. I tried to sort it out with them, but they wouldn’t budge because of their unfair policies. I’d advise anyone thinking about signing up to really check out their admin rules and the tools they give you for managing your policy. They’re pretty old-fashioned and have a high failure rate, plus they expect you to keep everything updated. Honestly, it feels like they took my money.
